Organization and Instructions:
Half 7v7 Field, as above.
POB patterns: 7v5.
- Before playing the ball, everyone is looking for the gaps/players ready to receive.
- Players on the sides, observe if they need to go closer.
- When one side is chosen, opposite side is balancing the team to prevent the potential lose (picture showing movement when picking right side).
O1: Place the ball on the gaps (SideMid gap between Forward and SideMid).
O2: Do the same, but switching from one defender to the opposite before.
O3: Once ball is on the side, For moves For, Cmid moves Cmid.

Organization and Instructions:

Pressure Patterns.
- Once side is decided, look for isolation through Forward Pressure.
- SideMid stays with opponent SideMid.
- CMid covers the gap, Opposite SideMid takes CMid player.
- Defenders stay compact in a 2v1 situation.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Ability to isolate player with the ball.
- Create numbers up on our Strong Side of Pressure.
- Prevent 2 lines of pass: Forward or to our Weak Side of Pressure.

5v2 + 5v3 Rondo.
- Progress from one end to the opposite one: 1 point.
- Defenders Win the Ball Back and score: 3 points.
Speed of execution: Look for quicker penetration option.

- Ability to identify best option for progressions.
- Effective communication within teammates.
Regressions/Progressions:
P: 5v3. Add one defender in zone 2 (see picture).

4v3 Isolation Activity.
- One of the defenders dribbles up the field. Forward tries to isolate that player in 1v1 situation closer to his side. Rest of Players stays 1v1.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Ability to isolate and identify the moment to press higher.
- Coordination between teammates to create a Strong Side of Pressure (vs Weak Side of Pressure).
Regressions/Progressions:
P: Add CM for defending team, and FOR for attacking team. That way, we can develop as well corrdination bw CM and Weak Side Mid.

First Touch Practice:
- Pass the ball to player in the square and perform different first touch intentions according to coach instructions.
2v1s:
- a1 is passing the ball to a2, d1 is released and game is on!
- a1 and a2 together tries to cross the opposite end line for a point.
- d1 defends, trying to win the ball back and connecting with teammate on opposite side fro 2 points.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- Quality and intention of First Touch (helping next action, maximizing challenge for the opponent).
- Scan the context in advance.
- Reinforce coordination and communication between players.
- Perform actions in speed.
