Progression: Coach Jayaraj will introduce two AM's for yellow team and both full backs for blue team, now yellow will have underload in terms of outfield players.
Coaching points: Similar to previous page.
Conditions: Blues have to enter zone 14 to score
Blues only score inside 18yard box
Blues can score from anywhere
Organisation: Introducing one more mini goal for Yellow team to score.

SSG: Now Yellows are playing with one more striker to make it 9 v 8 where in the Opposition blue team doesn't have a two CB's and GK.
Here the idea is to let the game flow without too many interuptions.

Coaching Session Reflection Sheet (Gibbs model)
Session Date: 23-11-2015
Venue: USW Sports park
Topic: Defending with back 4 and one screen
Description: What Happened?
I was given a B license topic to prepare and deliver with another classmate. We both discussed and prepared the session plan
Feelings: What were you thinking and feeling before, during and after ?
Before: I was excited about this topic as defending is my favourite topic as I was defender in my college team. I knew about the defending principles.
During: I was hesitant couple of times to step in and coach
After: I understood my mistakes I did and realised sometimes I was in wrong position and missed the whole picture of all players.
Evaluation: What was good and bad about the experience ?
Good:
Since I knew the other classmate well we had a healthy discussion and debate about the session and worked together bringing in different ideas. The opportunity to coach defending was nice.
Bad:
I knew what to coach before session but during session just missed few things.
Conclusion: What else could you have done to improve the session?
If I had stepped in immidiately whenever I saw a problem and recreated the picture exactly and moved the players as per the defending principle, it would have an ideal impact in the players.
Action Plan: If it arose again how could maintain the positive aspects and improve the limitations ?
Supervisor statement:
I confirm that the above evaluation relates to a practical coaching session that I can confirm took place on the date stated below
