Ball begins on player 1 nearest white line (on left). Combine with each team mate - ball must be touched inside each white shaded box before going wide to player on far side, who begins on the right and touches orange cone before backing up to starting position to receive the ball. First team to score wins.

Set up as shown (13 players incl GKs).
Area size can be adjusted to suit age and stage of development.
Play starts with either GK.
Play out to a defender, they play into MF players (Yellow), who are going to play in both directions.
MF players play into forwards to a finish - 2 of the MF players can join in the attack.
If the GK saves or DF win the ball, they play to the “spare” MF player to play in the opposite direction.
The 2 attacking MF players must transition, with one of them occupying the central zone.

Wave transition game.
White attack with the ball first vs the yellows, attempting to score in the big goal. Should yellows win the ball, they attempt to score in the small goals on half way.
Rotate defending team, rest, attacking team.
Progress to -
When a goal goes in, the black (resting) team replaces the team who allowed the goal up. If you score, you stay on. Attacking team scores - stay as attacking team, defending team scores on half way line - they become new attacking team.
React to transition and attack/defend well on a big area.
