9 Ball Activity: Each squad plays a round getting service of ONLY 9 balls per round, inside 18 yard box

8 or 9 versus 3 or 4 (Your GK serves, rolls balls into teammates and into play). Once a ball is OUT that ball is done

APPLY 11 a side rules:

CK Taken from corner 18 yard box (variation: count earning a CK as a point, ie: 3 CK's earned = 1 pt)

fouls result in PK (1 pt)

Scoring Rules for Team of 8:

Goals from run of play = 1 pt

Rebounds = 3 pts

Headers = 2 pts

1 Touch = 2 pts

Team of 4

This team changes players, comes in off of the end line, leave the game off side of 18 yard box:

- change when goal is scored (transition)

- change when ball goes out over end line by attacking team

GK may throw / roll ball into two small counter goals (1 pt)

Outfield players may just clear ball to eliminate one of the 9 balls

ONCE THE 9 BALLS ARE EXHAUSTED THE TEAMS CHANGE ROLES. 

Keep INDIVIDUAL track of goals scored

Keep TEAM score so that when they flip players are COMPETING to WIN

5v3 in each half, 4 total goals, 4 GK

Players are locked into their own half

11 a side rules, balls played in from GK in EITHER half, any goal

AQUA / RED wins ball in their own half they may choose to:

attack goal on half way line

                 OR

Play ball into 5 attacking players in other half

VARIATION: ADD =1 NEUTRAL in EACH Half

VARIATION: Play with two balls
