-Area: approx. 30x20
-Supply of balls, 5bibs, 2 mini-nets, 1 big goal, 8 cones
Play starts with coach passing into defender - who receives and passes into one of the attackers - who then play 2v1 to goal. If defender wins ball can counter-attack the two min-nets. Rotate defenders regularly. Give them 7 seconds to score a goal
Progression:
-Add a trailing defender if tempo to goal is slow
