How to play:
- end player plays ball in to opposite half for lay off. Play is now live
- 3 v 3 + 1
- attacking team attempt to score
- def team attempt to win possession and counter by passing into attacking players to score
- neutral player plays for the team in possession
- once ball goes dead, start from the other side

Recovery run game
- 4v4 in the middle plus a floater
- 2 attackers, 1 def and a GK in end zone
How to play
- middle players must make a minimum of 4 passes before passing into the end zone
- attcking players have 5 seconds to score when ball is played into end zone
Progression
- 1 player from each team (att & def) can support once the ball has been played into the end zone
- middle player can dribble into end zone providing their first touch takes them inside
- middle players can score from middle area (2 touch)
