Goal: scoring points by passing to a team mate from within the back zone
Exercise: Team A plays vs team B (numbers/pitch size = vario). Both teams try to enter the opponents defensive zone (by dribble or pass); when done they seek to pass the ball out of this zone to a teammate in the neutral zone.
Rotation: after a goal, both teams start from within their defensive zone.
Variations:
Extra information: this is an exercise for learning how to defend the D. First it's important that you protect your zone barrier, secondly your man marking has to be sharp.
