Objective- Players keep the ball in there coloured area, when coach calls a colour the player in possession plays the ball forward to an on running attacker.
Coaching Points-
- Recognise when to pass to feet or pass into space
- Weight of pass
- Movement from the Attackers
- Encourage different point of attacks
- Speed of attack
Progressions- - 2 attackers break away and attack
- 1 Defender from opposite team must recover and defend the attack
- Encourgae Overlaps, Underlaps, Crosses, Different points of attack

Overload attackers, 5 passes then breakout to goal. Looking for movement, possesion and correct decision making.
Progression- 2 players break out, 3 players break out, different scenarios i.e play the ball wide and cross, overlap, underlap. Recovering Defender.

Objective- Players dribble around in the area. Players are given two lifes each, if you lose all your lives you are out. Condition the square every 2 minutes.
