Organization:
-Players are divided into two teams.
-Space in depending on how many players you have in the middle (3v3 or 4v4).
-To start you can give each team a ball and say pass and move. playing the ball to an outside player you must swap places (the ball has to be played into the middle before playing outside again. (Two balls for 4v4)
Game:
-Game of possession 4v4 in the middle. To score a point the team in possession passes to the outside players (one point). When they connect a pass with an outside player they must swap places. (as per the game before)
-The game is high tempo, first to 10 points wins.
Progression:
-Play a double pass with outside player.
-The ball must get to two outside players without the opposition touching it to score a point.
