Both teams set-up in a 1-3-4-1

2 CM from each team inside box

                   Other player setup normally.

                   Ball starts with any GK, play into CB.

                   Attacking must play into CM, then can they score?

                   Unopposed in central box

                   Maintain zoned space creation.

                   Can CMs combine?

                   If they score, keep possession from GK and attack other way.

                   If defending win possession, can they score? (CM involved)

                   Progression(s) – 1. Remove box. 2. If CM involved or switch of play, double points.

-       Unlimited touches to begin with. Possibly limit playmaker to create the 2-3 touch turn and play midfield role.
