Description

Objectives:

 Defensive team formation (Low block): 3-5-2 (Coached):

  • Maintain a compact defensive shape and deny central penetration
  • Force the attacking team to play wide

Attacking team formation: 4-3-3 (Managed) 

  • Create goal scoring chances using quick combination and overloads

Description 

  • 11v11 Full pitch
  • Block 1: Play 5x- Build up vs defensive block, The attacking starts in possession around the final third and must attempt to create goal scoring in 20-30 seconds and the defensive team set up in compact shape to keep attack outside the box.
  • Block 2: Play 5x- Transition to counter attack, If the defensive team wins possession they have 10 seconds to counter attack before play reset.
  • Block 3: Restarts, Ball are placed at the side of the goal for quick transitions and restarts

  • No 7&3 Played as Full backs not wing backs 
  • No 9&11 2 strikers defending on the 2 attacking team center backs
  • No 6&8 CDM,s

Attacking Formation against (Low block): 4-4-3 

  • Full backs and winger must push hight to stretch the defense
  • Striker will drop back to recieve and create space and No 4 will not let him receive comfortably
