Focus - First touch
Start By throwing the ball above you as high as you can, when the ball comes down catch the ball with your foot so you have immediate control.
Repeat as many times as wanted
If easy kick the ball above you as high as you can rather then throw.
Its a good idea to throw or kick the ball so you still have to move to it (not directly above you).

Focus - Half Turn
Pass the ball into a wall with pace so you receive the ball using a half turn. Drive the ball around the cone back to the start and repeat. Alternate the feet you use for the half turn
Do 10 reps x 3 sets with 2 min rest between sets

Place cones around 1m apart.Place the last cone 10m away
Dribble through the cones before driving WITH MAX PACE to the end cone, round it with possession and then drive at medium pace back to the start.Do 3 sets x 3 reps with 1 minute rest between each set
For the first stage of the dribbling practice the following.
1st set use right foot
2nd set left foot
3rd set both feet
