Skills
For the skills the players will be split into four teams. Each team will take turns to run across the hall, whilst trying not to get hit by the other players standing around the area . if they make it to the other side they earn a point and they will keep going till all their players are out. The team with the least amount of points have to perform a forfeit decided by the winning team.

Game
The players will be split into two teams to play a game of dodgeball. I will blow the whistle and the players will run into the middle to collect the balls, they must run back and touch the wall before throwing the ball. Once they have played for 7 minutes i will condition the games so that it makes it harder, for example you can only get person back in the game of you header the ball or catch it with one hand.

Cool down
To cool down the players will round around the hall twice at a steady pace.

Warm up
For the warm up the participants will get into pairs and pass the dodgeball at a short distance. After they have completed 20 passes, the players should take a step back for a long distance to throw. The players must only perform underarm passes during this warm up.
Then there will be a competition. When I say go, a pair must pass the ball 30 times, run to the wall and back, then sit down. Who ever is last, a forfeit will be decided by the rest of the group.
After this the participants will get into a circle and perform some stretching and dynamic stretching.
