Each group goes for 15 minutes. Group 1 goes in 3 minute intervals with 1 minute break between each rep.

Players play 3v3+1 until they think they can break into small grid to beat players 1v1. Dribble across line for point. Coach players to play possess the ball and develop situations to play behind for 1v1 opportunities.

Coach players to possess the ball and to be patient going forward. Use neutral players to help build numbers up situations. Go forward when we have numbers around the ball. If not, be patient and keep the ball.
