Defender Plays ball across to Attacker
The attacker can score by hitting the ball off the Cone
Must Dribble thru Gate to Score
If defender wins the ball he can try and knock the ball of
If the ball goes out of play the coach will play a ball onto the pitch
Once all the players have been swap roles
Encourage players to dodge and change direction to lose player to knock ball off Cone

Physical Literacy Introduction to Quick Turns
Players work in Pairs
Both Players Start in Position A
Player 1 Jogs to Position B and Turns to jog back to position C
When Player 1 reaches position C they must turn quickly and sprint to position B
Player 2 must chase Player 1 and try and catch them before they reach position B
Both Players return to the start and swap Roles
Progression Coach can alter Position C Closer or Further away from position A
Coach can Challenge the players to get as close as possible to Position A and use the cone as a mark to see winner
Progression Add Football and ask players to dribble and turn as above
