- Player 1 -- with ball follows through balls skills
- Keep going at speed through various exercises
- When comes to pass -- good pass to next person in line --follow ball with a sprint.
- Next person not able to go until ball under control and first person crosses goal line.

Play out from Back:
- stiker takes easy shot at goal
- once goal keeper stops shot -- play out from back -- throw, pass, etc.
- Defensive team trys to work ball out and dribble ball through 2 sets of cones
- Offense -- first shot easy and then hard pressure to get ball away -- try to score.
Key Coaching Points:
1. Keeper is an option -- open up hips to move to other side of field.
2. defenders move wide once have posession of ball -- don't turn back on ball.
3. defenders slide/shift to side of ball.
4. once defensive team has ball, go on attach mode / counter fast
5. Be options -- use width/space
