Description:
Each player has a ball and dribbles around the whole playing area. On the coach's command, each player performs a change of direction and then accelerates into an adjacent square from where they were when the coach calls out, being careful to avoid any collisions.
Progression:
More request turns.
Request specific turns to ensure players are performing a wide range.
Regression:
Slow the turn down to walking pace.
Keep it as player's choice.

Description:
5v5 in the central area with 2 support players which can use the wide channels outlined.
Within the 5v5 the team with the ball will look to maintain possession and the team out of possession will look to defend and win the ball back. The players on the outside are allowed to move freely across the line and will always be attacking support. Players will look to perform turns when receiving the ball, by receiving the ball within the central area or from a pass by a player on the outside. Players score goals by receiving the ball and dribbling or running with the ball into one of their (coned for clarity, Blues try to score by getting the ball into the Blue boxes) corner boxes. Once a team score in one corner they keep possession but have to find their coloured box on the opposite side of the pitch next.
Regularly rotate players in the wing positions.
Progression:
If a player receives a pass from an outside player, turns and then plays the ball to an opposite outside player the team scores an extra point.
Goals only count if they get the ball into their corner boxes and then they have two touches (one to turn towards goal, one to shoot) to get the ball into the net.
Regression:
If too congested, place target players in each of the boxes to reduce the central zone to a 3v3.
Players can move and receive the ball directly in a corner box.

See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Description:
6 v 6 with no goalkeepers, players can only shoot inside the end zone.
Ball starts at the goal with the team that has just conceded.
Progression:
Limit number of touches inside the end zone to force quick turns.
Players can not dribble or run into the box (they'll rarely turn as they're running in the direction of the goal), players can only receive a pass in the box. Additional progression is players only have 2 touches (one to turn, one to shoot) when they receive the ball in the box
