Organization:
5 cones (10 for two stations) on a star shape
1-5 balls per grid
Instructions:
Pass and follow your pass on a star pattern
(begin with no ball)
Coaching Points:
* Eye contact - Establish a conection with the open player first
* Verbal communication - Loud demand of ball
* Phisical communication - Use of hands of body posture
(Which foot/side do I want to receive the ball?)
* Perception and awareness
Progressions/Regressions:
* Increase challenge by adding a ball per minute
* Regression: Start without a ball so players understand the pattern.

Instructions:
3 stations, A, B, C
A plays to B (A follows pass)
B receives and plays to C (B follows pass)
C receives and pass into target (pugg) (C recovers ball and goes puggs heading to opposite line)
Coaching Points:
* Open shoulders (vision)
* Receive with back foot (No pressure)
* Adjust body position in line with path of ball
Progressions:
Change Patters.
* Add 1 or 2 defenders if not challenged enough.

- 4-6 triangles set up in grid each with one player inside.
- Players outside the triangles, with a ball
Instructions:
- Players pass the ball to teammates inside triangle (Safe Zone). Attackers receiving the ball, must exit the triangle and find another teammate inside the Safe Zones.
- Only one player inside the triangle at once
Coaching Points:
* Open body shape (Open shoulders/hips)
* Back foot
* Direction of first touch (Away from pressure)
Progressions/Regressions:
Passer puts receiver under light pressure (dont steal the ball) - Can reciver exit on opposite side of triangle? (away from incomming passer "pressure")

Instructions:
Conditioned game.
Coaching Points:
* Open body shape (Open shoulders/hips)
* Back foot vs front foot (no pressure vs pressure)
* Direction of first touch (Away from pressure)
* Foot surface
Progressions/Regressions
* Player on triangle has 3 seconds of no pressure (Regression)
* If player receives with the correct foot (back foot with no pressure) and assist, goal counts as 2.

Instructions:
Players in center job around the center of the field, asking for a pass, receving it, and finding an open target. Players rotate after certain periods
