Rueda pases + finalización (15 mins)
Rueda de pases por ambas bandas (vamos rotanto) con finalización. A rematar llegan el jugador que se ha acercado a recibir de cara (1) y el que realiza el cambio de orientación. El delanero ataca primer palo y el mediocentro segundo (salvando las picas).
Alternamos un ataque por cada banda.

Oleadas 3v2 (20 mins)
Oleadas de 3vs2, el balón lo inicia el portero con un saque largo. Los defensas salen de detrás de la línea de fondo a defender una situación de inferioridad de 3v2. Vamos cambiando los roles def/ataque.
