1V1+2 neutrals
Player O passes across to Player X and closes down. Both players compete 1v1 to goal.
Attacking player can use either neutral player to combine and get behind the defender
(When to dribble and when to pass)
If defender wins ball, they score on the goal to the opposite side
Neutrals can play other neutrals but can't score
Switch lines when done

1V1+2 TO TWO GOALS (SOUTHHAMPTON)
Players play 1v1 in center. Can drop to Neutral target behind if needed. Neutrals have two touch maximum.
To score, a player must dribble thru a goal or combine with the target to dribble thru a goal

1V1 WITH BUMPERS
Play is continuous for 1-3 minutes. X serves to O line and defend. If o steals the ball, they attempt to score. Both players can use any neutrals during the games
To score, must be at least half way line. If you score, you must sprint back and touch your goal before returning to the field. If you get scored on, grab a ball by your goal and play immediately. Neutral players need to keep the ball in play. If ball gos out of bounds, the closest neutral player will play in a new ball
Switch lines when you are done.

1V1 TO GOAL DUEL
Two players play 1v1 to goal in a tight area. First to three goals wins
Players can drop to their goalkeepers for support
Play begins with a goalkeeper serving their field player. Players then play 1v1. once a goal is scored, play begins immediately with the goalkeeper that got scored on. Next player in line should feed the goalkeeper so play is continuous

ATTACKING 1V1, 2V1, 2V2
1. First two players sprint to the cone. The player that arrives first receives a pass form their goalkeeper and go 1v1 to the opponents small goal
2. The team of the winner of the 1v1 duel (or ball goes over their opponents goal line) brings a ball in and adds a player making it 2v1.
3. When the 2v1 is completed, the team with the 1v1 adds a player making it 2v2. Once 2v2 is complete, play is restarted with a 1v1 duel.
First team to 10 goals wins

Play is continuous. First players from one line dribbles and plays 1v1 with the first player in the opposite line.
If they score or the ball goes over their opponents endline, they immediately drop and defend their goal.The next person in line dribbles and attacks their goal. If the defender steals the ball they attack the opposite goal. If they score or ball gos over the endline, they immediately retreat and cover their goal. The next person in line dribbles and attacks their goal
If goalkeeper saves the ball, play continues
Play for time or to a set number of goals scored
