Organization:

Instructions:
1. Players dribble at cone and perform following skill moves:
A. Step-Over.
B. Croquetta.
2. Players perform skill with partner in same path.
3. 2 sets of 2 min per skill (right & left)
Coaching Points:
1. Ability to perform skill with fluid motion. Move body with the touch.
2. Sell the move. The ability to unbalance the opponent is most important in 1v1 situations.
3. Change of direction requires change of speed. Accelarate after performing skill.

Instructions:
1. Teams play posession game within shape.
2. When teams are in possession the neutral player plays CM..
3. 8v7 at all times.
4. Competition: Every 10 passess is a point & 1 point for goal (Cannot score before 5 passess are made)
Coaching Points:
1. Creating Maximun Width & Depth.
2. Body shape (Sideways on)
3. Sharpness of Pass (Purpose)
4. 1st touch in direction of decision.

Organization:
1. Set up as shown (45x54yds)
2. Players play 7v7 with goalkeepers.
3. 14-16 players.
Instructions:
1. Teams play 2-3-2 with ONE neutrals.
2. Attacking team can send TWO player into wide channels.
3. Defending team can send ONE player into wide channels.
4. Unlimited touches everywhere.
5. As soon as team loses possession of the ball, players need to shift inside defensively.
Coaching Points:
1. Ability of wide players to make looped runs to wide areas as soon as possession of the ball is won.
2. Abiltiy to overload 2v1 in wide areas. Can we unbalance opponent with a skill move.
3. Speed of play is key. Can we play feet in central areas to unbalance opponent centrally and create time and space for pass to flanks?
4. Ability to recognize match situation. If numbers are joining the box, can we find runners in front or behind with backwards diagonal pass. (Early cross/pass to play through an unorganized backline)

Organization:
-Cones placed 5 meters a part for a total of 20 meters with 4 cones placed on each side of the grid 3 meters from the interior cones.
-Movements at 50 %,increase load/% as you progress
-Movements will be done 2x each, except jog (3x) and accelerations (2x)
