Set Up

Rules and Conditions
2 players stand facing each other. With one hand each player holds the opponent's wrist. With the other arm, each player has their arm held at the wrist. Arms should not cross over. The challenge is to try and touch the opponent's shoulder, while they are also trying to touch your shoulder. First person to touch the opponent's shoulder wins.

Players to stand on one leg. First player to touch opponent's shoulder or make them put their foot down wins.

Set up
12x12 yard square. Goals on 2 lines adjacent to each other.
Rules and Conditions
Players line up opposite the mini-goals. This will be the goal they attack. A ball is played into a player from one of the two lines. This player will be the attacker and has to attack the goal opposite, the next player in the other line is to defend the goal, try to force the ball out, or steal and attack to score in the goal opposite them. The player that wins their battle passes the ball into their teammate to create a continuous game. The player that lost the battle continues as the defender.

Set up
Penalty area with main goal.
Rules and Conditions
Players line up next to the goal on the goal line. The coach plays a ball out into the area, the first player in each line are to go after the ball and play 1v1 to goal. Play until there's a scorer or the ball leaves the penalty area.

Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics.
Resistance bands to be used before plyometric work and Post Activation Potentiation. Work through 6 exercises: - Forward walk - Backward walk - Lateral steps - In/Out Forward walk: - 3 point toe-taps - Banded March.
