Session Organisation:
4-6 players to each ball.
End players to take 2 touch.
Middle on 3 touch (C-P-P)
Coaching Points:
Progression:
Go to 2 touch in middle (Rx & P on 1st touch).
Go to 1 touch at ends.
Expand the playing area.
Start - Pass in and follow, Middle - receive on back foot and present, pass and follow.
Change on to inside cones after 5 minutes (now receiving on opposite foot).
Look to move to 1 touch at the ends when possible.

2 groups of up to 6-10 each group.
2 balls.
Constant passing and movement.
No conditions on touches.
Coaching Points:
Progression:
Move to 2 touch.
Move to 1 touch where possible.
Rotate players into opposite group.
Expand area.

Initial random pass two touch and stay in zone to progress ball to next zone up, all players in possession must touch the ball to allow progression of ball.
Three players start possession and two set to intercept to score a point for completed steel and passing action.
Step Up: two touch and 5 passes in zone before ball can progress to next zone to score a point
Step Up 2: centre two players are only allowed one touch to advance ball to next zone.
Step Up 3: all players are set to one touch three passes before progression to next zone to score point
