4vs 2 in the middle square
Once the attacking team makes 3 passes they can break out to either side and attack 4 vs 3
After 5 seconds the 2 defenders from the middle can now defend as well. Back 3 has to slow down attackers until help arrives
If white wins it they must play to the other side and then can attack going the other way

Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-Half pitch.
-Split players into defenders and attackers.
Exercise:
-Coach (black) serves the ball to attackers (blue).
-Attackers look to beat defenders and score.
-If defenders (red) win the ball they need to quickly play the ball into a goal or the coach.
-Once ball dead play can resume from same coach or another on the sides.
-Play 3 plays then switch spare players around.
Key Points:
-Defenders to work as a team to maintain a good line.
-Press as a group and not individuals.

Possession drill
Coaching Points: 5 +4 V 5 red team use the 4 outside players to keep possession, blue team chase ball to win ball back. 2 minute then change teams up. high tempo keep ball moving. find the space.

(b) players on out side 2 touch (quick control and pass)
