Organization & Instructions
Split the group in two to allow players more touches on the ball (if more than 6 players are present - encouraged to put like-minded players together)
have balls outside the field of play and setup by center point
Two nets are placed on the end-line with a starting cone 10 yards away and set up as obstacles they must dribble through to get to opposite side and score into goal
Players are attackers and cones represent defenders they must dribble through.
Both players begin on "Go" the attacker is attempting to score on either opposite net. They must first run to get a ball and then dribble through cones and attempt to score. place a marker from where player can shoot from.
After the round players return to their starting line
Count how many balls were scored successfully from area target assigned by coach. you can make it difficult by moving target marker to goal.
