Instructions:
Players stay in their channel and 1 ball between each team. Blues pass to Blues and Reds pass to Reds through the channels.
Coaching Points:
• Quality of pass - Using a variety of passes, players should focus on the weight, disguise and accuracy of the pass.
• Create angles - To support and receive the ball players should communicate verbally and non-verbally whilst using creative movement to create angles whilst be aware of the ball, space and
team mates.
• Support - When on the ball, attackers should support in front, behind, at an angle whilst constantly communicating with team mates.
Progressions:
1. Touch limitation.
2. A defender is added to put pressure on the players in the two middle channels. If defender intercepts or wins possessions, the ball is given to the opposition in the outside channel.

Instructions:
Play 6v3 in 20x15 area with 6 players attempting to make 3 passes then break out to either 15x10 area to make another 3 passes, then move to another area. If 3 players win the ball they make 2 passes and move to another area. If ball goes dead, restarts in 10x15 area with team of 6.

Pitch divided in half with 2v2 in each half players locked into their half. Players look to play forward to team mates in opposite half for an attempt on goal.
