Rules and Conditions
3 Teams play 9v9. Each team has 3 goals to attack. First team to score wins. Winner stays on.

Set Up
Area 65x40. Split horizontally through the middle (20 yard line) and create wide zone (6 yards).
Rules and Conditions
Three or four teams.Play 6v6+6N. Players to work ball out wide for cross from wide neutral. Goals count for 1. First time finishes win the game. Winning team stays on. Defenders not allowed into wide channels but crosses can be blocked.

Maximum 6 minute games.

Rules and Conditions
Players go through PEP routine including Motor Movement, Dynamic Stretching, Strength, plyometric and sprint (with changes of direction) phases. Focus on techniques and landing mechanics. Use resistance bands for strength development and Post Activation Potentiation.
