Organization: Set up multiple stations to limit lines.
Procedure: Players dribble directly towards tall cones making sure they keep the ball close. Players can go either way around the pole then look to finish on goal. Have players dribble around both sides and use both feet to shoot. To progress, introduce a move around the cone.
Coaching points: Toe pointed down, locked ankle

Organzation: Two nets across from each other. Two sets of cones set up in a staggered pattern.
Procedure: Players weave through the cones with the ball then finish on goal then go to the opposite and repeat on the other side.
Coaching points: Head up looking towards goal, preparation touch, toe down locked ankle.

Organization:
-As many balls as possible for quick rotations
-2 yard starting gates
-10 yard shooting gate (15-20 yards away from goal)
Instructions:
-First player dribbles out and shoots as close to shooting gate/line as possible, after shooting they go to the back of the opposite line of the shooter, next in line repeats for continual rotation.
-Both lines go at the same time
Coaching Points:
Head up on approach to observe goal, toe down, follow through towards goal.
Progressions:
P1 - Make individual competition (first player to 10 goals)
P2 - Split players into two teams make a team competition
P3 - Add defender by shooting line to make it a 1v1 before trying to score

Organization: Split group into 2 groups, 1 finishing, one passing. Balls at the line beside the net.
Procedure: Players playing the ball take a touch out of their feet, this is a que for the players finishing to begin their movement. Players finishing, run towards the pole then attack the ball. Look for a one touch finish. Rotate lines.
Coaching points: -Attack the ball with speed -inside of the foot to finish

Organization:
2 groups of 6.
1 big goal
2 Goals keepers.
Instructions:
Blue begins by playing A-B-C . C takes one touch out of his feet and then shoots on goal.
Red goes from A- B- C. C receives and dribbles across field before taking a shot.
Teams have to switch sides to work on both feet.
Coaching Points
Good First touch out of feet, decision making (laces or inside of foot)
Progressions to Opposed .
Defender D is live after player C's 1st touch.
Defender is live the whole time.

Organization:Players divided into 3 or 4 teams, Each player has a ball
nstructions: Players dribble out to the turning zone, using small touches, they turn in any way they like and get a shot on goal, they then join their teamates inthe end of the line and the next player goes. Each team goes at the same time.
Coaching Points: Keep your toe pointed down, and keep it down through the follow through.
Progressions: Keep track of how many goals your team scores in a minute.
