Organization:
- 40x40 area
- 2 teams of 6
- 1 ball per team
- 8 Big cones on the outside for progression
Instructions:
- Each team is numbered 1-6 and must pass the ball numerically.
- The first team to pass in their sequences gets a point. Different variations can be used such as pass in sequence.
Coaching Points:
- Check shoulder for space
- First touch
- Communication
- Quality of pass.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Add two balls
- After completing a sequences players must run around a big cone on the outside.

Organization:
- 2 neutral players
- 2vs2 in the middle
Instructions:
- 2vs2 in the middle. A point is awarded for switching the play.
- The game is directional so the team in possession must play from one side to other
Coaching Points:
- Movement to receieve
- Speed of play
- Quick decision making
Progressions/Regressions:
- Dont allow the possession team the safe pass back to the neutral that started the attack.

Organization:
- 4vs4 in the middle
- 2 players from each team on the outside
Instructions:
- Teams play directionally and must look to move the ball from one side to the other.
- A point is awarded for a switch of play.
Coaching Points:
- Movment off the ball
- Speed of play
- First touch to set up next decision.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Pugg nets are added in each corner to allow for a goal to be scored adter switching the play

Organization:
6vs6
Instructions:
- When the ball goes out of play the coach will throw the ball to a player to test their first touch. If sucessfully controlled a goal is awarded
- Teams that make three mistaken controls in a row loose a goal
Coaching Points:
- Quality of first touch
- Judge speed and flight of the ball
- Look to play fast
Progressions/Regressions:
- If controlling the ball for a point doesn't work it can be taken out.

Organization:
- 4 players on the outside with a ball in hand
- 4 players in the middle without a ball
- 2 dribbling players in the middle
Instructions:
- Players with the ball in their hand feed the ball in the the red who must control it and pass it back.
- The aim is for players to control the ball in the air or on the bounce
Coaching Points:
- Quality of service from feeder
- What part of the foot do players use to control
- Can the judge the bounce or read the flight of the ball.
Progressions/Regressions:
- Increase the difficulty of the skill or throw
