Setup: Split up into two teams in their own 20x30 grid with a 30yd gap between the two grids.
-Each team is to connect 4 passes and then play a long ball to the other team in their grid. Each team receives the other team's ball and then starts again with 4 more short passes.
-First round: Long ball should be driven as low as possible
-Second round: Long ball should be chipped as high as possible but land in other grid
-Third round: Long ball just needs to be in the air
-If needed, any time ball leaves a teams grid, they owe pushups, burpees, or crunchs.

7v7 - Half Field, to football width, with a midline. If odd numbers (6v6 plus neutral, 4 defenders and two attackers, neutral can go anywhere)
4 defenders and 3 attackers for each team.
-You must connect 3 passes in your defensive half before you can play into your attacking half.
-One defender may join in with attackers.
-If you win the ball in your attacking end, you can go straight to goal.

Just pick up the midline and let them finish 7v7 with no restrictions. or 6v6 with a neutral.

Tech Warm-Up (15 mins)
Setup: Each cone is 5 yeards further forward from the last one previous one. So cone 2 is 5yd, cone 3 is 10 yd, cone 4 is 15 yd, and so on. The width of the cones will increase by 2-3 yards each time. So cones 2 and 3 will be 5 yards from the center, cones 4 and 5 will be 7-8 yards from the center, and so on.
Players pass in the sequence then just follow their pass. When player 8 receives, she will then dribble at speed to the end of the line. When the ball gets to the Blue cone (Cone 5) the next ball starts.
-Start of with everything being two touch (about 4 minutes then quick stretch)
-Next, still two touch, but they need to play around cone (like player 5) (About 4 minutes then stretch)
-Now players can be just inside of the cones, and play one touch as much as possible (about 4 Minutes)
