Set Up: 4v3 + 1
Organisation: 20 x 10 grids with halfway line. 4v3s occurring in one grid with the fourth defender in the other grid. When the 3 defenders win the ball them must play to their team mate in the other grid and then move to join the player. Only 3 of the opposition can enter the new grid.
Coaching Points: Transitioning the ball and players across the grid in BPO to BP and visa versa
Defensive principles closing down, supporting and balance.
Attacking principles make the space big, body shape to play forward, safe side passes.

Set Up: 8 v 8 Transition Game 40m x 30m
Organisation: 8v6 in one half of the area with 2 of the BPO team sitting back in their half. When the defending teams wins the ball they play to their free pair of players in their half and transition across to support. 6 of the opponents can cross the line into the box to try and win itr back
Coaching Points: Defensive principles, Attacking Principles and Transition
Progressions: If the outnumbered team wins the ball they have an option to try and score quickly in one of the mini goals in their opponents half. If they score they retain possession with a coaches pass into their half and drop in to support

4v4 plus targets (25 mins)
Set Up: 4v4 plus targets
Organisation: 20x10 grids with halfway line. 2 target players at top and bottom of the grid (yellow). They also play as a bouncer to allow for overload. The aim to keep possession and then after a set number of passes play the ball to the target player at the other end of the grid. Then all players move into that grid and the team in possession continues. If the opponents win the ball they keep possession and do same
Coaching Points: Play safe side. Body shape to receive. Pass to correct foot to allow playing forward. Play the wat you face. Finding the pass forward through the opposing line. Quick transition to the other square to keep the play continuing.
Progressions: Reduce size of space (if too easy). Reduce numbers in one team (if to hard).
