Session 1 - Ball Manipulation - YDF - Segment 2-5
SET UP: 1 football, 1 hurdle, 4 cones, 1 bucket
Create 4 squares 4x4 meters.
KEY POINTS:
1) 2 minutes. Square A: 100 Juggles with any part of your body. when you are finished you can now proceed to square B.
2) 2 minutes. To move to square B you have to keep juggling. As you could see in square b we have a hurdle. your aim is to kick the ball in the air do a two foot jump over the hurdle, receive the ball and keep juggling for square c.
3) 2 minutes. In square c you need to do 3 rounds of the square while you keep juggling
4) 90 seconds. In the square D you have to try and score in the bucket.
*if at any segment you drop the ball, just pick it up and continue
