DRIBBLING:
YARDSTICK
-Double "V" grip
-Seated toilet position :) Making sure you bend your knees and not from your hips.
-Feet behind the "beacons" or shoes and stick and ball infront.
-HEAD, HANDS, BALL
-Transfer your weight from your left foot to your right foot when moving the ball left to right.
-Keep your stick on the ball like glue :)
-Try getting your eyes up every 2/3 yard sticks.
CHALLENGE:
Try do as many yardsticks as you can in one minute.
ADVANCED YARDSTICKS: (very good for basics and learning to use your left hand)
Do you the yardsticks with your left hand only :)
TIP FROM COACH RYAN:
The bigger your yardstick the better. So when it starts getting really busy make the distance of the yardstick bigger :)
