Football/Soccer Session (Academy Sessions): Small sided game (Start Time: 2024-10-09 10:45:00)

Screen 1

• Players are split in to two teams 
• The idea of the task is for each team to work together and pass and move the ball within the designated space to reach their team mate at the far end of the pitch. 
• After a few minutes players will be rotated so that each player gets a turn in the middle of the pitch and on the outside. 

Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):

• Progression - The pitch space could be made smaller 
• Regression - The pitch space could be made bigger 

Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

• Players could be restricted to use only their weak foot for passing 
• Teams could be challenged to reach their team mate within a certain number of passes or they have to give up the ball to the other team. 
• Teams could be set a target of scoring a certain number of points in a given period of time.
