Description:
-Each team has a formation of 2-3-1
-Use all areas of the pitch to find gate (1 point) or pugg goal (2 points) to score

Players look to try and score on small goals but must switch point of the attack prior to scoring by crossing halfway line (red)
Coaching Points:
-Keep possession to switch point of the attack accurately and with appropriate speed
-Penetration into goal after switch

7v7 or 8v8 game. Half the time scoring into big goal, half the time into small goals.

-Is it on to penetrate? If not can we keep possession and find space elsewhere

Organization: 6 or more players in 40 x 30 yard grid
A. In the first grid, we use two balls, one at each end line. Inside players starting positions in the middle and at the same time they both peel off to the side and receive a pass, control it with first touch and play it to the opposite end line with second touch. Players follow their pass
B. In the progression, use two balls, one at each end line. The two inside players start in the middle and check to receive pass fro server, bounce the ball back and peel off to open up. Receive it again and now they work on switching the ball on the ground or in the air.
Coaching Points:
-Weight and accuracy of pass
-Reception on lead foot
-Pace and timing of movement
-One touch to receive, one to pass
