Touching, Movement exercise
1. S1 and GK play a 1-touch pass, 3Xs
2. GK drops back and shows for a back pass from S2
3. S2 plays a ball back to GK
4. GK separates ball to a new passing lane
5. GK plays the ball to opposite outlet (S3)

Save, Distribution Drill (Breaking lines)
1. S1 shoots at the GK
2. GK makes a save a give ball back
3. GK goes around near post cone to far post cone and asks for a ball from S2
4. S2 plays a ball back to GK
5. GK plays the ball in the air to S3
**Repeat 4 times and switch/ switch sides***

Pass back Drill - Finding new passing lanes
1. GK1 plays a ball to Green outlet.
2. GK1 moves to a better passing lane and asks for the ball back from Green outlet
3. Green outlet plays the ball back to GK1
4. GK 1 then uses new passing lane to play to the opposite side and find Red outlet.
5. GK 2 touches into space, creating a new passing lane
6. GK 2 passess to Green Outlet
7. GK 2 moves to a better angle and communicates "No Turn, Back"
8 Green Outlet plays ball back to GK 2
9. GK 2 plays it across to GK1 and repeat with the next GK
** After 2 minutes, Green becomes Red and Red becomes Green players.
(Optional) Switch again but using the opposite foot to pass and create space.

Distribution - Goal Kick option Drills
#1a. Warm up Distribution drill
1. Server Plays ball back to GK.
2a. GK plays ball to squared outlet or
2b. GK plays to diagonal outlet.
#1b. Distribution- Pass back 1
1. Server plays ball back to GK
2. GK Plays ball to opposite server
3. GK shows to better angle
4. Red outlet plays the ball back
5. GK Switches ball to Pugg goal.
#1c. Goal kick options
1. GK takes goal kick to his LB
2. Attacker closes down LB
3. GK moves to angle and asks for ball back
4. LB plays ball back to GK
5. Attacker pressures GK
6. GK either plays to CB(b) or plays to Pugg goal (a)

1. GKs footwork through the cones, S shoots low shot left & right
2. Left side: GK Rolls ball to S, and asks for a pass back
2. Right Side: Gk throws ball to Outlet
3. GK passes a ball to their Outlet
4. Communicate "no Turn" Ball Back" and receives the ball as pressure comes from "A"
5. GK receives ball back and plays to their DM or CB
6. If the FWD takes way the angle (red), GK must pick the safe option (Green)
