Players work their way around the circuit a numerous amount of times set by the coach.
1. High knee run & high tempo run.
2. Micro hurdle leg push offs.
3. Side-on speed ladder (Right side/Left side).
4. High hurdle run & one-footed jumps.
5. Slalom poles.
6. High tempo run.
Progression: Do in reverse (finish to start)
