CONDITIONS
PLAYER FROM GROUP A STARTS WITH BALL IN TRIANGLE AND PLAYS PASS WIDE TO PLAYER FROM GROUP B WHO HAS PERFORMED DOUBLE MOVEMENT TO DROP TO RECEIVE > HE RECEIVES PASS ON BACK FOOT TO ENABLE A QUICK SWITCH OF PLAY TO PLAYER FROM GROUP C > SAME TO GROUP D > FINISH CYCLE WITH PASS TO NEXT PLAYER IN GROUP A. ENCOURAGE RECEIVING PLAYER NOT TO BE STATIC AND MOVE IN RELATION TO BALL AS IT IS BEING TRANSFERRED FROM GROUP TO GROUP.
WHEN PLAYER HAS MADE HIS PASS HE THEN COMPLETES A LATERAL MOVEMENT AT MAX PACE THEN DROPS INTO SQUARE READY FOR NEXT PHASE OF PLAY ( ENCOURAGE PLAYERS TO PERFORM POSITION SPECIFIC MOVEMENT AFTER PASS EG DEFENDER CAN SIDE STEP AND THEN SHUFFLE BACKWARDS TO SIMULATE A 1 V 1 SITUATION.
COACH CAN USE A WHISTLE TO CHANGE DIRECTION OF PASS FROM CLOCKWISE > ANTI-CLOCKWISE.
