This session aims to encourage turning to open the opportunity to play forward rather than sending the ball sideways or backwards. It is a much more attacking way
to play and advances the team up the pitch quicker

The Session: Passing Forwards - 25 x 20 Yards
3 teams - Two on the inside playing 4 v 4 with a team of neutrals spread out on the end lines.
In the first part teams must get the ball from one target player to the other passing into feet
so players can turn
Passes must go forwards so they have to turn and pass from one end to
the other.
Each time a team plays from one end to the other, whilst incorporating a turn, a point
is scored.
Progressions:
Increase the size of the playing area (30 x 35) and add two mini-goals
