- Start with control then pass. Keeping passes between cones.
- Same again, but first time pass. No touch.

- Player A takes touch with instep of foot either side of cone then pass back, quickly move back to middle to receive again from B. Repeat. Swith to player B doing the movement.
- Same as above but touch with outside of foot.
- Same as above but stop ball and perform rollover to the side.

Timed - aim to beat your own time as opposed to comparing to others.
- Sprint from A to B, turn and sprint back to A. Same again between A and C and then sprint between A and D. Turn at D and repeat going other way i.e D to C, D to B, finish at A (stop timer). Repeat 3x each trying to better time.
- Same as above but running and turning with ball. Repeat x3.

- Passing ball back and forth between player A and B. Coach to randomly shout a colour, player A plays the ball into player B before turning and sprinting around the colour of the cone shouted and returning to marked out box and continuing to pass ball back and forth until next colour shouted. Switch A and B.
- Same again but when colour is shouted, quick turn with ball and run with ball out and around cone then returning to box to continue passing back and forth. Switch A and B.
Notes
- Regular check over shoulder so you know where colour is / opposition.
- Keep passes between cones.
- If the pass is short, come to ball.

- Mid / long range passing between A and B. First touch when receiving just in front of body to then play a pass in the other direction. After playing pass, quick turn and sprint to cone behind and return ready to receive again. Start with high, lofted pass before switching to low, driven pass.

Timed - aim to beat your own time as opposed to comparing to others.
- Start at point A. Feet together, hop over cones at B. Agility ladder at C, first foot in, second foot in, first foot out, second foot out through ladder. Sprint to point D. Run with ball to E and around each cone. Dribble through cones at F before finishing at G (stop timer). Repeat 2/3x each trying to better time.
