SET UP

10x10 grid (can use the one you just had for ball mastery)

one end defenders one end attackers

balls placed at attackers end

OBJECTIVE

attacker passes to defender - defender passes back to attacker

once attacker touches the ball play is live

Attacker tries to dribble across the line 

If defender wins the ball they try and dribble past the line

switch lines every play, attacker goes to defending line - defender goes to attacking line

ROTATE ONE END to mix groups every 2-3 minutes
