Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-50x35 pitch
-Split players into 2 even teams.
Exercise:
-Red team start 1st with 2 players on the pitch.
-GK serves to one red who turns and shoots for goal, the GK serves to other red and same.
-After these shots 3 blue come into play and receive from their GK and play 3v2 and look to score.
-This continues the with red 4 v 3 blue, then 5 blue v red 4 etc until all players on the pitch.
-Once all on and ball dead reset with blue starting with 2 players on the pitch.
-Continue this back and forth.
Key Points:
-Team in possession to use the overload to get into goal scoring situations.

Time: 30 Minutes
Set Up:
-Across the width of 3G with 2 zones ( 1 and 2) 15 by width of pitch.
-Set both teams up in a 4-2-3-1 (if enough players available) with each team having their back 4 and MC in own zone (red 1 and blue 2) with attacking 4 in other zone.
Exercise:
-Coach serves ball into zone 1 to a red CB.
-Red team look to play around the blue team pressing and play 6 passes.
-Once they have played the 6 passes they can transition into zone 2 and then break into the attacking areas and look to score.
-Once ball dead play resets with coach serving to blue.
-Play for 15 minutes then change to normal football and cancel the zones.
Rules:
-Team in possession can only transition players between 1 and 2.
-Example: If red team make 6 passes they can all move (potentially) into zone 2 to attack.
-Any loss of possession during play and other team can counter attack quickly.
-If team in possession breaks past opposition zone into scoring areas (if move past 2 or 1 into final third) then only that teams back 4 can move back and defend.

Set Up:
-Pitches of around 35x25 with a goal each end.
-Split players into groups of 6. (If needed more then do so).
-Give red team numbers and blue team letters.
-Red have 2 lots of 1 to 3 and blue 2 lots of a to c.
Exercise:
-3 from each team start in play.
-Blue GK serves to her teammates.
-3 blues look to go forward and score.
-If successful they receive again.
-If miss or turnover possession then red score.
-This continues.
-As the exercise plays coach calls numbers and letters to switch players.
-Example: After a play goes dead coach will call 1! The players designated with 1 will swap! Play does not stop when this happens. Coach can call as many numbers/letters as wishes on the plays.
-Play 3x6 minutes swapping with groups on other pitch.
Key Points:
-When team is swapping players, getting organised quickly so not to disrupt defensive shape.
-Team in possession look to ID space and score.
