GK starts in the sets in the proper set position. They turn their head to find the wide player with the bal (A or ,C) GK performs footwork and movement to get in line with the ball, gets set and catches volley or off the floor service from player A or C. GK then rolls the ball out to player B who plays a one touch pass back to the GK who plays a one touch out to player C who plays a two touch pass back to the GK who then plays a two touch pass back to player A.
Rotate GK"s and change direction of the drill.
-Coaching Points:
Find the ball first then move to get in line.
Balanced with movements and set position.
Proper hand shape when catching.
Use the proper technique when rolling the ball out. Should be NO BOUNCE.
Communication when looking receive a pass back.
Proper open body shape when receiving the pass.
Positive First touch
Don't kill the ball dead when receiving pass back.

GK starts off center facing corner flag. GK then performs a half turn while drop stepping and getting in line with the player A who has the ball. Player A can play various services EX. low bouncing ball for scoop or front smother. service off the floor to hands (within the GK Bubble). GK makes the save then rolls the ball out to player B(Depends on which way the start facing) Player B plays a one or touch pass back to the GK who plays a two touch pass out to player C. The GK then moves across the goal in order to get in line for an angled shot from player C. If the GK holds the ball they then stand up and roll the ball out to player A.
All rebounds are live and in play until the ball is dead.
Rotate Directions.
-COACHING POINTS:
Find the ball first before moving.
Be Balanced with movements.
Proper technique with roll out distribution NO BOUNCE.
Quick footwork to move to get in line with the next ball.
Get up quickly and find the next ball to get inline if there is a rebound.

-Warm - Up of your choice
Base times per exercise off the amount time allotted for your training.
Groups of 5 (adjust per numbers) Player A has a ball in hand. GK(Green) Sets between cone then drops steps back and sets to catch volley service from A.(service type based off of age and ability)
GK catches the ball, then tosses the ball back to player AA. GK then performs footwork to move either left or right outside of the red cone to receive a pass from either player B or C(based on the side the GK moves). Player B or C passes the ball back to the GK is in an open body shape to receive and play a two touch pass through the cones to player A, Then moves back in between the cones as Player A plays a one touch pass back to the GK who then plays a one touch pass out to player B or C. Rotate Gk go opposite direction.
Yellow Line represents Volley Service.
Red Lines represent movement.
Broken Black Line represents passes.

Communication with passes not just verbally but show with hands.
Keep body balanced when moving
Proper weight of pass
Proper technique when passing
Toe pointed up
Ankle in the Locked Position
Plant foot toes pointed in direction of pass
Fully exhaled and body relaxed when passing, moving, and receiving
Make eye contact and see your target before passing
