High intensity session designed to develop team & individual understanding of defending vs opposition fly Gk (4v5). Building from general "Defending Outnumbered" principles, through specific positioning repitition & physical training into Game Specific situations

Organisation
3 station circuit - Tactical/Physical/Technical
Tactical - Mannequin's are numbered 1-5. Coach calls number, players take relative defensive shape
Physical - Players work in partners through SAQ Ladders alternately, exercises to be given by coach
Technical/Physical - Yellow passeses to partner, sprints around back of partner & dribbles ball back to start point. Ball is passed to other end, Green repeates exercises
Players work in three groups of four
2 Minutes work per exercise then rotate on to next station
15 seconds to move to next station, 2 minute break after each complete circuit

Blue players replicating opposition playing with Fly-Keeper
Red players move in relation to ball, defending outnumbered and blocking key passes
Upon regaining possession, reds aim to get shot away as early as possible into un-manned goal

2 yellows try to win ball back from Blues
If pass gets through to reds, other two yellow players defend vs Reds
