Organization:
*Split players into teams of 2
*Each team has their own field/channel (6W x 20L)
*Mini goal is placed between the pillars & 4 balls placed at end of channel
Description:
*Starting player must start touching their net, second player must be at the back, closest to the netting (enough room for player to run around their net)
*Players will run on go to collect a ball at the end of their field (one at a time), after collecting their ball they must bring it back and run around their net before putting it in their goal
*Once the ball is in the net, the second player can start
*First team with all of their balls back in their net wins! (pushups, star jumps, sit ups, burpees, etc. as punishment)

Organization: Create three 10Wx12L grids with a central cone in themiddle of the 1-yard zone as shown in the diagram. The player with the ball passes to the dribbler.The dribbler goes diagonally towards the central mannequin, executes a 1v1 move and passes the ball tothe other player when he/she gets to the other corner. The players perform the following 1v1moves:
1. Feint / head fake
2. Sole roll (add sole roll + scissor combo for a challenge)
3. Hop skill (add hop + scissor combo for a challenge)
4. Other / open (elastico, hocus pocus, rainbow, step over, maradona etc)
KEY WORDS: Control, Fake, Accelerate.
GUIDED QUESTIONS: 1. How can we control the ball before performing the move? 2. Why doyou need to fake a defender (cone)? 3. When do we accelerate?
ANSWERS: 1. We will take smaller touches – 2. The fake throws the defender out one way – 3.As soon as we are past the defender (cone).

Organization: Create 3 10Wx12L grids with a 1-yard zone in themiddle as shown in the diagram. The defender will pass the ball to the dribbler. The dribbler willreceive the ball, dribble forward to commit the defender, fake him/her and score in any of the threegoals. No one is allowed to cross the neutral 1-yard zone.

*1 player attacks for 90sec & then swap
*Depending on numbers & space, may need additional area for players to practice 1v1 skills as they rotate through fields*

Organization:
*Split players into two teams
*Choose a distance for players to strike the ball towards their net (just in front of half, between 2 pillars)
*Ensure players are maintaining 3m distance
Description:
*Each team tries to strike the ball and hit the crossbar
*Players on each team alternate, but both teams can shoot at same time
*First to 5 crossbars wins!
If players are struggling with this, add in the ability to hit the posts (must be in air, can only bounce once, etc. based on ability)
