3 Team Rondo (20 mins)

Organization:

3 Teams of 5-6 Players

Instructions:

.Team in possession needs to connect 3 passes before finding a pass through the lines to opposite side. Defending team always sends 2 players to zone with the ball. Covering defenders cover passing lanes through.
If defending team wins the ball, they switch to opposite side and team who lost possession transitions to defend.

Driven Passes Laces (10 mins)

Organization: Field is 20x30

Instructions:

A-B, B-C with a driven pass. B after the pass accelerate to the side and change of direction.
1) Receive then pass 2) Pass on far foot then pass 3) pass on near foot then pass.

Coaching Points:

Lean over the ball, turn laces in, swing straight to target, run through the ball.

3v2+1 (15 mins)

Organization: 20y wide, 30y long (2x15y).

Instructions:

Attacker passes to other attacker and supports the attack. They need to find the target on the other end from their box with a driven pass.
If defenders win the ball finish on small goal.
Rotate defenders on time.

Coaching Points:

Rec. pressure, Look Forward.
