Organization: 2 channels, four stages, middle two closer together
Instructions: Players dibble at angle towards cone on first line, perform inside cut and drive across towards the opposite cone at line 3, before performing Xavi 360 and accelerating to the end.

- Passive Defender, presses front, then matches run across to create angle for Xavi 360
Rotation. Work with Partner, one attacks, one Defends then switch roles.

Organization: Set area, two goals and two gates.
Instructions: 1 v 1 attacking and defending. Trying to use Xavi 360 when appropriate. Once attacked, attacker turns and becomes the defender.

- How to dribble and protect from the player.

Organization: 2 channels 4 stages, middle two closer together.
Instructions: Players initially run without the ball, and turn twice at the middle points to then progress forward.
Progression- add ball and demand inside cut. Again perform twice to continue moving forward.
2nd Progression- Players move at angle towards either cone in line 2 and perform inside cut but continue to move forward at an angle to the opposite cone on line 3, where they perform another inside cut, before accelerating to the end.
Coaching Points:

- Awareness of the where the pressure is.
