Bedding Down

Instruction:

Trigger for play to begins comes from the defending yellow CM player. The defending player moves will influence the movement from Orange CM to get on the ball. Upon recieving the ball the attacking player then must go and either play a penetrating pass or drive to penetrate themselves. Like the attacking CM the Wide players & Forwards movements will be influenced by defenders movement.

If the defending team win the ball they play to score in one of the mini goals. Players who are postioned at the end join the game at theis point.

Instruction:

Teams are set up on a full park. Across the park there are 6 triangles used as target areas. The attacking team are actively encouraged to try and either dribble through or play passes through these areas to create penetration. If they are succesful in doing so they gain extra goals. Focus should be on the attacking team.
