Players are split into two teams and then on either side of the goal. One line on each team needs a ball ready to enter the field. Two blue players attack the opposite goal. Once they have taken shot or the ball is out of play two red players will come on as attackers and blue defend. If the ball goes out on the red half of field two new red players come on and vice versa.
Coaching Points
- Shoot as early as possible
- Touch away from defender
- Decision when to shoot and when to pass
Variations
- One or both defenders have to run back and touch their post before defending to create more opportunities for shots.
