R&T and pass for each player
1= anti-clockwise straight pass to each point and player follows ball and joins cue.
2= clockwise
3= same pass to point but with reciever lays off ball to passer to pass across
eg 1 to 2 layoff to 1 and he passes to 3 (clockwise &
4= anticlockwise)

coach gives the detail within the drill FOR movement and timing of players to recieve WITH SPECIFIC coaching points/guidance
coach starts with ball on half way line and dribble to middle of half and red team have to shadow the ball in good team shape and coach then lobs ball into gk arms and then red team have to get into build up position as shown to start to try recieve ball.
BU has to include 5 players pass the ball in half before advance over half way to go to opposite goal with minimum 3 passes and have to finish with through pass to goal through mannequins for an ATTACKER or MIDFIELDER with good movement as whole team advance over half way line
